      There are target Ph and Sg for differant batches of wash or wort. Adding sugar will generaly raise the Ph so you add acid to lower it. Sour mash is lower ph

        There are target Ph and Sg for differant batches of wash or wort. Adding sugar will generaly raise the Ph so you add acid to lower it. Sour mash is lower ph be cause of bacteria . I dont think the Ph will change the Sg. Changing the Sg will ussually affect the Ph because the sugar is a base . Acids of differant types can be used and alkolines may be used to change Ph without changing Sg. WHAT are you trying to do and how?
