      150ml full cream condensed milk
      425ml alcohol (40%abv?)
      100g 75%cocoa content dark chocolate
      0.5g xanthan gum (or similar thickening agent)

      Melt chocolate at a low temperature.
      Mix chocolate with condensed milk then add alcohol.
      Add gum mixed with a little water.
      Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
