      shells in their hooch for "aging"?
      After 2 weeks: pale colour, quite pleasant taste,
      though not of nuts. Is pistachio a hardwood? and if so
      do the shells count as hardwood?
      Anyone up for experimenting?
      I guess roasted would also be interesting.
      Just chucking it out there!
