        Hi Graham,

        I have been searching too.
It seems that when it comes to wine and beer, the UK can offer plenty
of suppliers, but I can't find any that are as specialised as the
        likes of the Kiwi companies.
I've managed to find carbon wholesalers and I sent them an e-mail
last friday asking whether they would consider supplying me in small
volumes. I'll let you know how I get on when they reply (or not, as
        the case may be).
If they don't want to, I was considering making my own oak charcoal
or might just buy it from New Zealand as the exchange rate makes it
dirt cheap (just need to find out the shipping costs)

        Regards

        Fizz

PS. Our carbon is much better and cheaper than that KIWI junk.
