MuPAD is a general purpose computer algebra system for symbolic and
numerical computations. Users can view the library code, implement their
own routines and data types easily and can also dynamically link C/C++
compiled modules for raw speed and flexibility.

        Marta,
això que vols fer no t'ho faria un simple power point?

Si fiques els diversos mapes com a diapositives em sembla que hi ha una
manera no gaire complicada de passar de l'un a l'altre. Jo no ho he
provat mai, però sí que he vist algun exemple de transformació d'imatges
        amb el power point.

        Espero que et serveixi,

        Dear Marta

If you have access to matlab, try the movie-function.

        Best regards / Venlig hilsen

        Hello Marta,

in case you want to present your maps at the internet, save your maps as
seperate gif-images (screenshots will do) and use GIF Contruction Set
        (shareware available at http://www.mindworkshop.com/alchemy/alchemy.html)
to create an animated gif .

        Nils

        Hello Marta,

I am sure you can find at least a dozen of different programs
to sequentially 'play' your maps (flash, gif animator, etc...).
However there is a paper by Ehlschlaeger et al (1997) titled
Visualizing Spatial Data Uncertainty Using Animation
        (Computer&Geosciences Vol.23 No.4 pp397-395) which examines
methodologies for dynamically displaying multiple images.
The interesting proposition is the use of an interpolation
method to generate intermediate maps which would allow for
        a smooth animation.

        Cheers,

        ---

        Marta,

Though there are some freeware applications that perform animation, you
may want to investigate our EVS-PRO software. It offers the ultimate in
        3D Visualization and animation.

If you are interested in more information about how our software is
used, we have made our software brochure available on our website at:
        http://www.ctech.com/brochure/

        Thank you,

        Reed Copsey
