      Hi Rajni,
I could not understand your question clearly. If you have data at the sampled points what is the use of any estimation techniques? I think your aim is to estimate the value of variable of interest at the unsampled locations by using sampled data. Do you mean this? If so, firstly, you should know the spatial dependence structure of the variable over the study area. Then, you can make estimations with kriging interpolation technique known as BLUE. You can use inverse distance weighing (IDW) estimation technique which is not objective. Without knowing whether data are spatially correlated and this correlation is based on the distance between samples, the results obtained from IDW technique are always questionable, and it is likely that they are senseless.
      I hope this helps you.
Good luck and I wish you success.

      Subject: [ai-geostats] estimation without variogram

      Dear List,
I have a querry regarding the variograms.
Is it possible to estimate the data points without calculating the variogram? Either with kriging or without kriging.
      Looking earnestly for the answers,
      Thanks in anticipation
