      At per the request of the Office Manager for the Glassell Park Neighborhood Council, attached is the Agenda for the next Glassell Park Neighborhood Council General Stakeholders Board Meeting.

      The public is requested to fill out a "Speaker Card" to address the Board on any item of the agenda prior to the Board taking action on an item. Comments from the
      public on Agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered. Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the Agenda
      that is within the Board's subject matter jurisdiction will be heard during the Public Comment period. The timelines indicated are for the purposes of moving

      (Funds requested were transferred to the GPNC by the Office of Councilmember Eric Garcetti's Office on
      November 7, 2012 as requested per CF12-0011-S15 for the CD13 Verdugo Road Corridor Tree Trimming CIP approved by the GPNC Board and inclusive as part of Fiscal Year 2011-2012 FY Budget.
