      Hi guys,

      I can't compile HyperNEAT 3.0 C++ because some files seem to be missing.
      All the board stuff actually (Board.h in particular, but the cmake
      mentions a board library so I guess that there are other files). Could
      you tell me where to find them ?

        You are absolutely right, the manual forgot to include the Board library as a dependency and where to get it:

        http://libboard.sourceforge.net/ libBoard is used by the python visualizer to create document-ready images of substrates as displayed in http://eplex.cs.ucf.edu/publications/2010/gauci.nc10.html .

        I created a cmake build system for libboard that the developers have adopted into their source tree, so the procedure of building libboard is similar to building tinyxmlplus.

        I will update the manual and release a new version of the code with the updated manual and a copy of libboard included in the next few days.

                    Unfortunately I can't figure that one out without some detective work on your park. Can you try using #if 0 or comments to isolate the part of the code that is causing that failure? It must be something that's included before HCUBE_STL.h that is causing issues, possibly the latest version of WxWidgets. Try reordering some of the includes in HCUBE_Defines, put #include "HCUBE_STL.h" first so that you can be sure it won't error and see what happens.
