        Thanks Tony:

I was having trouble trying to figure out how to pronounce the V in Lvkna.

Interesting some of the stuff I found while searching. Remember the old Chinese would go to a fortune teller to pay to have a name picked out for a new child?

There is a NA elder that is on the web that is selling a service for picking NA names for children.

        Interesting world we live in.

There is a very robust Ojibwe (Anishinaabe) language program here in Michigan
with online and University level courses. You can even get a University of
Michigan shirt that reads "Let's Go Blue" in Anishinaabe (Izhaadaa
Giizhigowaande,) for all you Michigan fans. On the back it reads, respect the
            locals (Chipiitenim Debendagozijig).

Of more relevance, on another site that offers translations there is a specific
request to NOT ask for names for a pet. It is considered annoying and
disrespectful. They do have a link to some organizations that will do this for
            a fee.
