      Foster City, CA – NAAFA, the civil rights organization working for Equality at Every Size, has released the line-up of exercise and movement classes for its upcoming 2013 Annual Convention & Expo, being held on July 25-29, 2013 at the Westin Hotel, Casino & Spa, located at 160 East Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89109.

      In keeping with this year's theme of "Promoting Equality: All Sizes Welcome!" NAAFA's exercise & movement classes reflect a wide variety of activities, interests and movements, which include:
      • Aerobics
      • Dance
      • Yoga

      "Promoting Equality: All Sizes Welcome!" is the preeminent event for size diversity advocates from across North America, including Canada and worldwide. NAAFA prides itself on offering a holistic program, including exercise and movement classes for interested attendees.
      These classes include:

      • "Water Aerobics" by Melissa Waldron
      • "Hula Dance" by Donna Frey
      • "Popular Dance" by Alexandra "Punkin" Dominguez
      • "Knee Friendly Fun" by Cinder Ernst
      • "Yoga" by Wendy Jaroslawski
      • "Belly Dance" by Ronda Wood

      The exercise and movement classes will be offered concurrently on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 11:00am.
