      MARRY POTTER
      EXCLUSIVE
THE creator of schoolboy wizard Harry Potter cast a secrecy spell to
keep her wedding shrouded in a cloak of invisibility.
But today the News of the World can magic up the enchanting details of
      JK Rowling's happy day.
The 35-year-old and her doctor love Neil Murray, 30, married on Boxing
Day in a romantic ceremony at her holiday home Killiechassie House, in
      Aberfeldy, Perthshire.
The bride was dressed in a cream outfit and her eight-year-old daughter
Jessica, by first husband Jorge Arantes, was one of three bridesmaids.
The others were Joanne's sister Dianne, 33, and Neil's sister Lorna.
There were just 15 people at the 20-minute ceremony in Killiechassie
House, which JK bought two months ago.
Among the guests were the bride's dad Peter and stepmother Janet, who
travelled to Scotland from Chepstow, Monmouthshire.
Dr Murray's dad Ernest, 57, and mum Barbara, 54, travelled from their
home in Huntly, Aberdeenshire, for their son's big day.
The author, set to be the first writer to become a billionaire after the
success of the Harry Potter And The Philosopher's Stone film, did
everything in her power to keep her wedding secret.
      Paradise
To make sure locals couldn't rumble her plans, caterers were hired from
50 miles away in Edinburgh, the minister came from outside the area and
the wedding party was sworn to secrecy.
She was still being cagey yesterday when we asked her about the wedding
      at her Edinburgh house.
"If you speak to my agent she will give you the information you need,"
      she said.
The agent later confirmed: "JK Rowling married privately on the 26th of
December in their house in Perthshire.
"Immediate family attended the wedding." The bride was determined to
keep the marriage under wraps before the event because an earlier
      wedding plan had become public.
She and Neil wanted to marry during a trip to the Galapagos Isles off
the coast of Equador in July. But it was cancelled after the news leaked
      out.
Instead she, Neil and Jessica holidayed on the tropical paradise island
of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean.
JK's first marriage to Portuguese journalist Jorge lasted just over a
year, breaking down soon after Jessica was born.
Neil also has a failed marriage behind him. He wed his student
sweetheart Fiona, 29, four years ago but the couple divorced.
A friend said: "Joanne was desperate her wedding to Neil would go as she
wanted it. And that meant having total privacy on the day.
"The house in Perthshire is totally isolated and no one can get near."
The couple won't be taking a honeymoon. Neil, who was working as a
senior house officer in anaesthetics at an Edinburgh hospital when they
met, is now studying to become a GP and can't take time off.
The friend said: "I believe the marriage went off wonderfully, no
      hitches.
"Everyone there was thrilled that she had found the happiness she has
sought for such a long time."
