      Yes, well, Sayers was speaking in the context of BBC radio productions, which
      apparently used to indulge in a sort of generic "country" accent. In her
      particular context, it was the Biblical personages of her play series, MAN
      BORN TO BE KING, who of course didn't come from =any= part of England.
