Hello, we are Vanyar Ensemble. Now were making a concert thats called Aiya
      Lindtar, Aiya Lndar.

The music is old and everything is based on the song. For the first time the
program intends to show a complete concert coherently based on the texts of
      J. R. R. Tolkien. In particular, its based on his main work, the
Sillmarillion, that relates the history of E, the mythological world that
he has built and where the events of the novel The Lord of the Rings
      develop.

The book is full of bards that intone canticles, of unscripted funeral
laments that are born of the pure and automatic need of music: of songs, and
of a few instruments, very limited by the text.

The project that we present is fundamentally vocal and choral, its polyphony
approaches to the spirit of the English classics work..

The human Voice, the most beautiful instrument for J. R. R. Tolkien, is the
vehicle of the concert, that is full of histories which the spectator can
really imagine sounding in that fantastic world, in the Average Land created
by the immortal author of The Lord of the Rings.

We will be on tour for about 3 years. If you are interested, have some
question, want to help organize a homage to Tolkien in your country or you
simply can give us a advice, please, contact us:
