I suggest you submit this query to Microsoft help. I am afraid you cannot configure/customize the speech macro folder. The macro add-on looks for macros only

David, Just a thought, does your keyboard have a right Windows key? If so, you should be able to create a CTRL+RWIN Autohotkey and a CTRL+WIN (or LWIN)
