Group Description

Welcome to our group! All Owners, Moderators and Group Members are welcome!

This is the group I created that stood together and halted the 2010 remodel of Yahoo Groups. We're back here in 2013, to once again come together to unite & make our voices heard about the failed NEO upgrade.

Stop this random Roll-Out of NEO, and give members an Opt Out of the NEO experiment, if it must continue.

Help those who are affected by NEO understand what is happening, or if they wish, help them find a new alternate site to host their group.

Help Moderators manage their Groups functions, including help with backing up group archives, saving membership lists, photos, & more.

Brainstorm ways to improve the Yahoo Group experience for all; to help, support and inform one another; and be a unified voice for our Yahoo Groups.

Nearly a million users have already left. Some of us are die-hards, we plan to stay until we can't, & then we have our lifeboats at the ready for that event.

Check Post #5298 for our updated plan and what you can do to help.

There are several helpful folders in our files section:
a folder of form letters to edit and send and the addresses to write.
a folder of alternatives to Yahoo, and help you research them.
a Folder to help you archive your groups, and save your data.
and a Folder of feedback from users in the throes of NEO.

We now have an offline site for these files for Neoized users, and it's public & accessible to anyone.

Let's band together once again about this impending disaster, join our voices into one collective shout, and continue to work together for the future of Yahoo Groups! We will be heard!

And keep this link handy
That's our lifeboat if the Yatanic sinks. Save your place now!
