We have new information about what led to the stabbing death of a Huron man last week. 23 year old Tiffany Joseph was arrested and charged with murder, accused of killing the man she lived with, 22 year old Danny Foolbull.

Court papers say during the fight, he kicked and hit Joseph several times, and that she stabbed him with a kitchen knife for retaliation, because she wanted him to hurt like she did.

This comes just weeks after Joseph was arrested on assault charges, where she had apparently also used a knife during a fight with her sister. So why wasn't she in custody earlier?

This warrant is from the last time police had a run-in with 23 year old Tiffany Joseph.

Beadle County States Attorney Michael Moore says, "It was a domestic incident arising between her and her sister and there was allegedly a knife involved."
Convicted triple murderess Kristin Kirkemo Haukeland.

That fight happened in September. She was arrested, booked, and released after promising to appear at all court hearings. But she never showed up. It was the 11th time she hadn't shown up for a court hearing in four years. So, a warrant was issued for her arrest and the Beadle county sheriff's office took action.

Beadle County Chief Deputy Doug Solem says, "Several attempts were made to serve it, whether or not she wasn't home at the time or maybe went to a different location, I know she had some family in Sioux Falls."
