      Make the case for your favorite project!

      Each year, the Minnesota Jaycees selects a statewide Priority Project. Chapters all over the state have the opportunity to showcase and offer resources to a favored nonprofit organization that serves the state of Minnesota.

      Priority Project status is offered for 2 years, and this fall, Kinship is up for renewal. New priority project submissions are due April 1st

      Current Priority Projects for 2010
      · Camp Confidence: a statewideorganization offering recreation and confidence-building for people with developmental disabilities.
      · (up for renewal) Kinship Inc.: a statewide organization offering youth mentoring programming in local communities.

      How to Submit a New Priority Project
      · The Priority Project form is located at http://www.mnjaycees.org/CDfiles.htm
      · Fill out and have returned to the Chapter Service Center by April 1st (not a postmark date).

      Tips for Successful Priority Project Submissions
      · Road Run to promote your submission.
      · Invite a representative of the organization to convention to help educate other Jaycee members about their work
      · Promote the project at convention and lobby your fellow Jaycees to support your project
