      I am researching Jacob (b.c.1853 in Germany/Poland/Russia) and Rachel
      (Goldstein, b.c. 1860 in same) and m.c.1878. They arrived Hull(UK)
      bef.1881 and moved to Leeds(UK) bef.1891. Lived on Cardiff during the
      90's. They had 9 children:

      5 emigrated to the USA: Dora (b.1880 Hull, m.1904(Alfred Herman in
      Johannesberg!) to Buffalo, NY 1908); Hyman (b.c.1881 Hull,
      m.bef.1920(Fannie ?) to Buffalo (1911) & Philadelphia); Louis (b.c.1888
      Leeds, m.bef.1920(Frances ?) to Buffalo (1910) & Philadelphia; Emily
      (b.c. 1890 Leeds. to NY, NY (1912)); Abraham (b.1898 Cardiff. to Buffalo
      (1916) & Bronx).

      4 stayed in the UK (ie no trace of emigration): Ellis (b.c.1883, Hull);
      Isaac (b.c.1885, Hull); Samuel (b.c.1893, Leeds); Betsy (b.c.1896,
      Leeds).

      I am doing this for my daughter-in-law who is descended from Dora and
      would dearly love to trace current descendants.
