        Tucson.....wouldn't know now-a-days. I left that area in 1979... :/

        Online:
http://www.onlinemetals.com/merchant.cfm?id=60&step=2&top_cat=60 Normally Online Metals has the best pricing out of the online guys

        http://www.speedymetals.com/c-8342-aluminum.aspx Also....better pricing than most

McMaster Carr.... expensive, but they always have stock if you have to have it, and someone else doesn't

        And, there's Enco: http://www.use-enco.com/CGI/INSRHI?PMSECT=1904
Stock is usually good, but pricing is a bit high, unless you catch a sale on something, or a 20% off promotion.

        There's a start.....

        Bill

Don't know anyone in your area. But I've used this place a couple times, good prices but shipping isn't, seems to come out to about the same price as the other two places already posted, fairly quick at shipping and the customer service is good but they are slow to reply to emails sometimes.

Try hot-linking off your own message Dallas...... they don't work for me either.

Guessing that the first one is http://www.speedymetals.com/  they are in Wisconsin. Just bought some stainless from 'em. I didn't see a metal supplier in Tucson that had the name 'speedy' in it. Maybe I missed something?

Second one is a typo, try http://www.industrialmetalsupply.com/  in Tucson, among other places

And last, another typo.... http://superiorsteelsupply.com/  Also in Tucson.

One of the best places is your local metal recyling yard, as always try and make friends with them and build a relationship.  You should be able to get some

One of the best places is your local metal recyling yard, as always try and make friends with them and build a relationship.  You should be able to get some good deals if you are patient and flexible.  I work at a large recyling company in NW Al, if anyone has some request send them and I will see what I can do.  I help out alot of the local hobby machinist (along with my self).  contact TEWING49@...
