      For overhead hanging you want around 10 x safety margin if nothing is moving, so imagine you're designing for 200 pounds.  If anything has to move, then it's even worse.  That's why fall arrest harnesses have to be rated to hold 5,000 pounds and are discarded along with all cables, bolts, etc. after ONE use.
