      Charles,

Attached are two versions not exactly like the original Casinos 60's R&B sound but should help you.
The song was composed by John D. Loudermilk

One version is the Neal McCoy version sequenced by Wes Reed.
One version is the Glen Campbell version sequenced by Jerry Sparks.

      Both contain the lyrics.

I've seen quite a few versions out there on this tune, but they all seem to have avoided the Casinos' characteristic horn background parts with the organ that really make the song the classic that it has become.  I do keep searching, though.  There are a lot of great programmers here.

My only issue with a some of the files is what appears to be an over use of the pedal control midi function (at 127) which sounds like somebody sat on the loud pedal of the piano through most of the song.

In the old days (I know, I know I'm dating myself) piano players who had a shortage on the technique end of the instrument tended to try and cover up choppy playing with sitting on the loud pedal.  Most often a simple touch of reverb (and not too much) will give a more professional outcome or, of course, using a significant less pedal control value instead.

I remember one of my early piano teachers had that affliction.  It used to drive me up a wall then too.  Perhaps that is why I am so focused on it.  Don't know.

I do know that it used very sparsely in midi files that one buys from the pro guys.  Of course, it's a lot more fun trying to create your own files.  I am presently working on a few to post here...just have to figure out now to i.d. them.  Onward and upward.

With that said, I'd like to find a utility that eliminates all the pedal control function of a song with one sweep and be able to start from scratch.

I didn't forget, just can't find it yet.  That file was 1 laptop and 2 PC's ago!
So I'm going thru my old hard drives, one at a time, looking for the original
file I made.  It was the Casino's version, with horns, in A.

What I did find was an old MP3 I made of my midi backing track.  BUT . . .

                      1). It's in D, not A.

2).  It was made about a decade ago while I was just learning how to do all this stuff.
So, it's not "bad".  (I did gig with it.)  But my horns weren't the best back then.  Plus,
I didn't have the software back then to get a really good B3 organ with Leslie.

3). It was a backing track.  So there's no melody.
