The second of our two recent equipment rentals is now back at the museum.
Bryan came to pick up some boxes of off-topic stuff that he accidentally included in his recent donation, and he brought us other boxes of on-topic stuff to replace it. Included among it was a Commodore B-series computer -- our first one of those.
There were a few random visitors throughout the afternoon.
Big thanks to Corey -- not only is he a brilliant electronics guy, he's also pretty good with cars. This morning he figured out how to solve a problem with my car that had been eluding me for quite some time. Turns out that to remove the BOTTOM radiator hose, you have to access it from the TOP of the engine bay. Thank you Mazda for that bit of idiocy.

>> Today first thing I did was, I vacuumed all the museum rooms and as a courtesy the hallway carpet in front of all the MARCH rooms.Thanks. It badly needed that.
>> Next *another* unscheduled cub scout troop came with 30 to 40 people including parents. They and the last group from a few weeks ago seem to be fulfilling a science history requirement for the cub scouts. I guess this will be a common thing at the museum for groups of cub scouts. I did my best to give a tour, but they were looking for the speed tour and I had to stop many times to remind the kids not to touch anythingHopefully we reached a few of them.
>> I didn't have time to clean the Bendix.I will work on it next time.
>> The Commodore PET doesn't seem to be working again. The screen usually works but sometimes it is flaky.
>> The Apple // monitor make high pitched noiseWe have several of those monitors, so we can just swap one out.
>> I wonder if anyone can fix the Wang computer?I think it just has a loose card or two. Might take a stab at that myself during the next workshop.
