I have a solution to everyone's space problems.

We can fit 13 booths into the main hall.  Each booth will be 8x8 feet.
Everyone gets one table, but if people want to bring more tables to squeeze
into their booth, they can do so.  Also, three of the booths are in corners
where there's some extra space (i.e. another booth wouldn't fit).  So once
we have 13 people sign up, we'll see who needs the extra space, and assign
      those three corner booths accordingly.

If we get more than 13 exhibitors, then we'll branch into the adjacent
lounge room.  We can fit six more 8x8 booths in there.

There is also a 10x10 room inside the main room which has a door, so if
anyone wants that for some kind of special exhibit or for an extra-secure
      exhibit, it's available.

There will also be room for some display cases in the middle of the floor.
We can use that to display some of the MARCH / Grabbe collection, or for
people like me who want to exhibit but will be busy running the event.  For
example, I plan to bring some items from my vintage laptop collection, and
those can easily just sit in a sealed display case with some explanatory

So, bottom line, we can fit 20 of the 8x8 booths, three of which will have
some extra space, and we can set up some display cases for "static" exhibits
      like mine.

If somehow there are MORE than 20 exhibits, then we'll celebrate, because
that would be a huge success for us!

I'll post this information on the VCF site.
