If you're encountering problems using a Mac with OSX, you're doing it wrong. Forget about what you thought you "knew" about computers and embrace the "Steve". Think Different.
Seriously though OSX isn't that difficult to pick up and there are plenty of keyboard shortcuts (Think of the cloverleaf "command" key like a SUN OS "meta" key).
Where I have the problem is after a whole day of using WinXP at work, I come home, sit in front of the Mac and can't understand why Cut 'n paste isn't working and then I realize I'm hitting CTRL-C instead of CMD-C... d'oh!
Yeah, it takes some getting used to, but, it's really not that different from anything else you've ever used.
