      A google site search on there still doesn't retrieve them.
      For times like this, I just use a Freeware tool called PrimoPDF
      on CNET's Download.com site, http://tinyurl.com/38m8zf7
      which lets you print the page to a PDF
      Then you can use another Freeware tool to convert PDF to JPG, called Office Convert PDF to JPG
      also on CNET's Download.com site, http://tinyurl.com/mo8var

      All in all , the image resolution won't be exactly the same as the source, but it's very good.
