      I must have 20 drives that are for some reason not functioning. It has not
      yet been necessary for me to start using them for parts, but it would not
      be a bad idea to repair rather than let go to waste. I am sure many of you
      have just as many drives that need repair.

      #1 on my repair list is a PerSci 299 dual 8" drive.
