Fixed. Used table saw with nice, new, sharp carbide blade to trim face of existing broken tool holder and square and size up a UHMW scrap block I had in my

Ha! An elegant solution, I have to say. Especially if it's just the front part of the block that cracked, the part where the clamp screws pass through
