      One interesting thing of note is that the Solar Flux Index smoothed
      numbers actually show that the second peak of the double peak of Cycle
      23 was actually stronger than the first peak, even though the suspot
      numbers themselves were slightly lower. The Solar Flux Index is a
      measure of the sun's output on the 10.7 cm band, and is considered to
      be a very good indicator of overall solar activity. It'll be
      interesting to see if Cycle 24 continues the trend of double peaks,
      which has now lasted for three cycles in a row.
