For those who followed Quiet Awareness to Breath Awareness to Heart Awareness... In the quiet of the evening, enter the heart awareness. Continue to notice
    Message 1 of 4 , Apr 2, 2003
      For those who followed
      Quiet Awareness to
      Breath Awareness to
      Heart Awareness...

      In the quiet of the
      evening, enter the
      heart awareness.

      Continue to notice
      your breathing,
      listen to the
      heart...

      After you have
      practiced heart
      awareness for a time,
      you may notice
      that you become
      so absorbed in
      your inner listening
      for the wisdom
      whisper of the
      heart, that your
      awareness of your
      breathing fades...
      and you enter the
      diamond point of
      stillness...

      In the stillness
      you may notice your
      presence move
      to the center of
      your forehead, as
      if looking from
      within...
      (known as the
      third eye and as
      the energy place
      of Christ
      Consciousness)

      You have entered
      Heart Meditation.

      In this meditation,
      the door of an
      indescribably delicious
      Natural Enlightenment
      (Sahaj Samadhi for
      you easterners) may
      open.

      Simple process...
      astonishing resultsĀ®

      All the love,

      Jeff

Heart Meditation will be found in
the current issue of The Inner Traveler.

**** T: Sounds so simple and direct - just my style!
No confusing concepts or cleverness required?
        .... What could go wrong?
        Thanks again, Tony.
