      It rather quickly improves our ability
      to handle stress. We become less reactionary
      and recover our peace of mind in what
      may have formerly been stressful situations
      or events. It makes our consciousness accept
      everything much better. There's a quiet
      strength that this seems to stimulate.

      So, yes, it somehow
      makes everything much better.
