      When we Witness what you are calling "lulls", we will see that our
      "inner chatterer" is just commenting on the silence. IE: "Hey,
      there's
      nothing happening...maybe I better...",etc. If we can stop the
      chatter, the Silence will fill us with Knowledge/Truth,
      Consciousness,
      and Bliss (Satchidananda)
