Use today for your evolution in consciousness,
moment to moment to moment. Witness life silently,
      intently intensely focused without commentary.
No judging, no comparing, no emotional swinging.
There will be thoughts flowing by. Let them flow
and let them go. Tolerate silence within and without.
Aware of your peace being interrupted, just say
"Oh well" and reboot to serenity mode. Sing, pray,
dance, moving quietly inwardly in any activity.
Just as you would let your pet play on a leash,
allow your mind to go here and there, but not play
in the thorn bushes or the mud. And if it gets stuck
or dirty, pluck the thorn out and wash it clean.
Hold the leash effortlessly but tightly. This is
      called Self-control.

pointed out that playing in the mud can really be fun. Getting
compliments is also like that. But for sure, after a while,
you better get washed up or all sorts of creepy things will
climb on you and eat you up.
          Thanks again!
          Peace and blessings,
          Bob
