      The key to any successful spiritual approach, whether it is mantra meditation, breath meditation, or inner prayer (the Jesus prayer, Amita Buddha recitation, etc.), is continuity of practice, making the inner prayer constant ("pray without ceasing"). Swamiji's word are affirmation of this.
