Meditation is the moment of pure embrace of oneself and what is: with nothing in between:

No barrier, no mediator, no thought, no memory, no feeling reaction, no imagining.

Meditation involves no assumption, no goal, no artifice or device: just being - pure acceptance beyond any option for rejection.

Meditation therefore doesn't divide from non-meditation.

      Just *is* ...

Meditation unsplits the imaginary division of presence that seemed to make time real through memory - so no memory of how to meditate is involved.

Meditation is pure attention as presence -
with nothing outside to divert awareness.

Meditation is love, timelessly so - no interaction of other and self or self and self is involved:

Meditation is pure embrace without division.

The embrace of nothing by no-one as timeless being.
