      Here's how the shower solution
works: When we are uneasy with
      a problem, the mind chatters
      like a restless squirrel.

In the shower of warm water
and bubbly soap, the mind goes
quiet and lets the body enjoy.

And then, the quiet mind makes
room for the solution to pop up
like a sudden rush of wisdom.
That's why so many great ideas
      come while in the "shower
      meditation."

Oh my – coincidence.  I just took a shower, mostly because of a tension-inducing problem, & then went to the computer & read this.  During the shower, I made what I think to be a very good decision that was not even on the back burner of my mind – “a sudden rush of wisdom”.
