Jeff, I've learned about "walk-ins" from Ruth Montgomery's books. This is an interesting concept. I've had recently the experience of being a bridge between Heaven and Earth, my consciousness traveling
at high speed through my roots to the center of the earth, through my meridians, through my vertical/horizontal energy circles. The experience was of love, connection to all that is, excitement, etc.
Since than I'm free of worries, judgement, depression, grief, etc. I don't know what happened, any ideas are appreciated. Love, Monica
