      what their sellers account as 'acceptable'. In the second hand
      market, I've found Powell's in Oregon excellent suppliers, with
      (usually) a pretty good range.

      For new items The Book Depository (who does free postage to the US and
      UK on all items, and nearly always is cheaper than Amazon) and The Tao
      of Books (who specialises in remainders, but has a pretty strong
      collection - I got a HB copy of TNH's "Creating Perfect Peace" from
      there)
