      seminars at a wellness center
      in Florida this week.

      Let's see...does more punishment
      work? We legislatively punish
      people severely for what we
      considered the worst of all
      crimes - murder. We murder them.

      If that worked, we'd have
      no more killing. How's that
      working out?
