This is what happens, when in forums or List, you ask for advice.

You get rained on, from all sides.<LOL>

And then start wondering, whose advice to follow and just what is the authority of the poster in giving that advice.

Suggest do whatever feels "right" for you in the moment.

Whether that is all of them, none of them, some of them.

Also, go by what your gut feels on the withdrawal of the medication.

The chemicalization of the body has taken place over a decade and a half.

The body has adjusted its functional operating system to this intake.

It will take some time to re-adjust to the absence of such an intake.

The point is, in the process of adjustment what do you do.

      Do exactly as you wish.

That is, say you have been following one of the advices given to you on this List, for a few days.

Suddenly one day, those subtle signs (very familiar to you), indicating a likely onset of an attack, is noticed by you.

Observe, if it is building up to an abyss situation and if so, take your medication, without feeling guilty at all.

Continue following whatever you were following.

As I said, if you do decide to play around with the few suggested Pranayams, you WILL notice, after a period of time, the increasing gaps in-between the onset of two attacks.

And you WILL notice, after a period of time, that even if it comes up, it does not build up to that intensity, that was previously happening.

And you WILL notice, after a period of time, the ability to laugh at the abyss and going into Pranayam, rather than reaching for the chemicals.

      Have fun
