This brought to mind a very interesting meditation technique titled
Death and How to Prepare For It. It can be found on our web site at:
I think that it's safe to say that we're all going to die, and that
it would be beneficial to use this reality as a wake up call. BTW,
does anyone remember the movie "Little Big Man" starring Dustin
Hoffman? It featured Chief Dan George, who said many times "Today's a
good day to die". What a warrior attitude!
