Posture: Seated on chair
Body: Eyes closed, tongue tip to pallet, hands on knees-index finger
Condition: Darkened room. Two candles. Incense. Essential Oil - (Bergamot
+ water on burner). Bell.
Pre-session: Sip of water, full body stretch (3 times).
Mind Chatter: Low.
Waves of bliss: None.
Experience: Very Good session. Very high levels of peaceful feelings.
Result: Best session for months.
Very deep levels of physical relaxation with high alertness
Very deep feelings of peace
No waves of bliss - a few starts
Wondered why the meditative experience is not available to us during normal
Experiencing longer periods of non-thinking
Nice physical sensations of peace
Detecting more subtle sounds such as heartbeat echoes
Had the feeling that physical healing was taking place
Whole experience was so peaceful, I could not bring myself to experiment on
manipulating the inner sounds - seemed to be trivial at the time.
