      Technique: Breath and body awareness

      Moderate amount of chatter today. Noted wandering", "thinking",
      or "remembering". Tried to keep breath awareness in the foreground
      and chatter in the background. Tried to "detach" from my thoughts,
      rather than be them. Changed position once. No body pain today.
      Although I felt I only been sitting for about 30 minutes, 50 minutes
      had passed.
