Our thoughts are amazing and informative beyond the genius or idiocy of their content. Watch them silently as they flow by and the show will always be inner-eye opening. The inner chatter that has been causing you frustration, stress, and pain will become known, as will their antidote. Life is beautiful, magical, mysterious, surprising and amazing in a good way when we are aware of what is happening now.
Recognize your inner Witness as your “Real Self” and witness your life’s events as they flow by without comment, judgment, physical, emotional or mental reaction. Meditate. The stressful noise of your inner chatter will suddenly or eventually change into celestial harmonies which dissipate the darkness and bring light of the divine, within and without, infinitely and eternally.
Like any skill, meditation may take some time to master. However long, it is time well spent and gives the richest reward. Being silently awake, aware and present always, in all ways, will bring a glorious present moment, moment after moment, in this and every moment. With ongoing effortless effort there is always an evolution in meditation.
One key is to not just read about this or that meditation technique, use drugs, pray, or simply wait for some high mystical and blissful event to happen. Actually meditating will grow your consciousness towards what has been, and is, and will always be, that which is closest to you… your Real Self. And you will live happily ever after.
