      Nutrition is another field -
      like law, economics and religion
      (spirituality) that is so
      beyond our rational mind's ken
      that any posture of "Knowing"
      is suspect.

      Reminds me of the axiom:

      If you laid all of the economist
      (lawyers, nutritionists, ...)
      in the world end-to-end, they
      would never reach a conclusion.
