      Interesting that the
      "breaking news" in the
      fitness and wellness
      e-tabloids is the addition
      of a "third step" to the
      long-held formula for
      weight loss (and the
      achievement of just about
      any life/career goal).

      The old "Eat less, move
      more," is now being joined
      by, "reduce stress".

      Hello, meditation. Maybe
      the "new" recognition that
      meditation has practical
      benefits in an "applied
      metaphysics" sort of way
      will open the door another
      crack.
