      There's the antiquated,
      spiritually impoverished,
      Freudian-influenced route,
      which is meant to be
      therapeutic...by kicking
      old horseshit (or Bradshaw
      bullshit known as the
      wounded inner child) until
      it stinks and you go into
      overwhelm...and continue
      to lease a therapist's couch
      for years and years...up
      to and including the rest
      of your life...

      And then there's the meditative,
      spiritual route that cuts the
      root of the problem.

      Different routes (roots).
      Meditation does not travel
      the linear route, it "treats"
      wholistically. It melts the
      past, bringing a new birth,
      a new consciousness that sees
      the "events" of life as
      secondary and not primary -
      and the "primary" identity
      is one of peace of mind,
      and love and joy.

      When the wisdom of meditation
      breaks through, you are through
      with your past and looking at
      the future in a very different

      Find a good meditation teacher.
