12839There is no river.
- Apr 1, 2004
A river has a name, a character, a personality; it is even liked or disliked as an entity.
Facets of it's character like,....... its rapidity or sluggishness, its breadth, depth, length, its form and course, its smoothness, number of islands, and the vegetation and topographical character of its immediate environment.
And it flows;
From whatever angle you may look, it is never the same for two consecutive seconds. It is just passing water, each ripple, each drop, resembling its predecessor and its successor but never the same ripple or drop.
There is no river.
There is no man/woman
