RE: [MedievalSawdust] [Fwd: *WH* New Efenwealt Music]
Ten years ago it was said that he had 47 versions of Greensleeves. Two or three I actually enjoyed.
Fair Lady Atlantia is practically a kingdom anthem.

Some people, particularly South Africans and Australians, love his stuff.
He and his wife just recently decided to go to full time SCA/Medieval
merchanting. He has written a number of serious/silly songs over the
last 15 years or so. His wife is Mistress Aenor d'Anjou who accompanies
him on harp and voice in some of the songs.
Pardon the commercial post but some of you might enjoy listening to the
little pointy-headed/ hatted Saxon. Master Efenwealt is rather unique.

Apologies for the blatant commercialism of this post, but I wanted to
let folks know I have a new CD out entitled "Eine Kleine Knechtmusic;
A Little Knight Music for Children of All Ages". It has a bunch of
new songs by Aenor and myself, and new recordings of some oldies.
Everything is rather light-hearted and filth-free. We also included few
tracks from "All That Crap" that are more child-appropriate, figuring
kids don't often get to hear that disc because their parents are
frantically trying to press the 'skip' button when certain filth comes
on. Even if you don't do a lot of car trips with 2-8yr old children,
it's still a pretty fun disc.

Who are the People in the SCA?
Odo the Peasant

Ophelia ( a filk on Cecelia by Paul Simon)
the infamous "Ullie und Helmut und Klaus" by Singen von Bingen
We'll have copies at Pennsic. They are $15 plus tax.
