      Good luck. I've been looking for that one on and off for
      about four years. The only one I've seen came from UMadison, WI
      and looked like the entire Middle Kingdom had first copied
      it, then marched over it.

      I've seen a much worse book on Primitive Locks by General Pitt-Rivers.
      That one only had about two of 40 Pages attached.
