c16g_1b.c : Use Newton's method to approximate,

the solutions of the following system :

| (x**2)/4 + (y**2)/9 - 1 = 0

| ((x-1)**2)/10 + ((y+1)**2)/5 - 1 = 0

c16g_1c.c : Use Newton's method to approximate,

the solutions of the following system :

| (x**2)/9 + (y**2)/4 - 1 = 0
